Combo Class

Pilates is a codified system that was designed to utilize different pilates machines in order to offer extraordinary results in a limited amount of time. At Studio Rue we believe in offering the full pilates system, including equipment, without extra cost. After all, you can't only do just part of anything and expect to reap full benefits - there are no shortcuts. Each 50 minute combo class contains 2-3 different pieces of equipment usage at one low cost. Due to the many different pieces of equipment, class format and equipment usage is solely at the instructor's discretion.

Power Class

This 40 minute class is based on basic floor exercises with a little cardio thrown in. Using only 1 piece of equipment the entire class, you’ll challenge yourself with resistance training, eccentric movement and core building exercises while pumping up your heart rate with several repetitions. Modifications will be made as needed to ensure everyone a workout that is both safe and challenging.

Jumpboard

This 50 minute class is a fun way to incorporate cardio into your pilates program. Jumping horizontally against spring tension builds; long, lean leg muscles, tones your glutes, tightens your tummy and raises our heart rate so you can be a calorie burning machine! Challenge your endurance and coordination while building strength. This class is not for the weak of heart or anyone with knee or hip injuries. Please consult your instructor if you have any questions or concerns. Specialty Classes/Workshops include; Jumpboard, MELT, Zenga, Etc.

MELT Method

Learn the art of self-treatment to manage chronic pain, digestive disorders, flexibility,cellulite, headaches and much more. Each week, a different part of the body will be targeted. If you are new to the MELT Method, you are encouraged to take an Introduction to the MELT Method workshop.

Zenga

A synergistic and codified blend of pilates, yoga and dance combined with current exercise science that address the fascial system of the body. This 45 minute class is the perfect fusion of pilates and yoga using basic dance transitions to create the perfect flow between fluidity and static posing. Challenging yet gentle, Zenga is the perfect blend of core stability, flexibility, stamina and resilience.

Juvo Board

Juvo Board is a full length slant/balance board that's transforming fitness. Deliberately designed to benefit people of every fitness level, Juvo Board lets you safely increase strength and flexibility while improving; balance, coordination and agility. Additionally, Juvo will increase proprioception and kinesthetic awareness.

By appointment only. Medical Practitioners authorization and plan of care required.

Private / Semi Private Sessions

Enjoy a program specific to your personal needs. Great for those suffering from chronic conditions or those with specific wellness goals such as management of chronic pain or sports performance enhancement.
