Kelly Ruesing, Fully Certified STOTT PILATES®
is the driving force behind the growth of Studio Rue, and its premier offering, STOTT PILATES®.  Pulling from her 25+ years experience in movement therapy, Kelly has helped 1,00’s of clients manage chronic medical conditions brought on by injury or illness as well as helping all her clients reach their full fitness potential.  Kelly has been instrumental in re-shaping the communities perspective of Pilates by being the first and only studio in St. Louis to offer Pilates from the medical perspective. Working in conjunction with physical therapy programs & medical referrals, Kelly continues to prove that Pilates can be a viable form of exercise for anyone transitioning from Physical Therapy back into any fitness arena.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Southwest Missouri University and is a graduate of the STOTT PILATES
® International Certification Program.  She also obtained a certificate from Mini-Med School at Washington University - St. Louis and is a certified LeMond Cycling instructor.


Angela Muccigrosso, DPT, A.T.C.
 
 Angela has been teaching STOTT PILATES
® since 2003 and has worked in outpatient physical therapy since 2001. Ms. Muccigrosso recently earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University.

Gayle Levy 

Gayle is a STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor in Reformer, Mat, Chair and Barrels.  She has been in the fitness industry for 15 years, beginning as an AFAA certified group fitness instructor then receiving her certification as an AFAA Personal Trainer and culminating with her Pilates Training and Certification.  “Sports, exercise and a healthy lifestyle have always played a major role in my life.  I believe that a healthy body is one of the keys to longevity of life as well as mental well being and happiness.  I am dedicated to helping you achieve the fitness goals that you may NEVER have thought possible. Any goal is attainable with just a little hard work, discipline and believing in yourself; and I am here to help you with all three of these ingredients.  I will provide motivation, a safe and dynamic workout plan and even a laugh or two along the way.  Reaching your fitness goals should be one of the most fulfilling and enjoyable times of your life. Jill Fisk  - Holy Yoga

 
Jill Fisk is a Holy Yoga Instructor and Spiritual Director. She was led to yoga when she found herself in the throes of motherhood. Craving an ongoing connection with God, she discovered the practice of Christ-centered yoga — the physical activity and integrated spirituality her body and soul needed. She completed the 200 hour Holy Yoga teaching certification in 2011. Jill finds joy in great playlists and the ancient practice of lectio divina in Holy Yoga classes.
