Payment Schedule
Group classes require a 3 person minimum. Class fees are payable on a monthly basis, due the first class of each month. There are no pro-rated class cards. If joining a class mid-month, or if participating in less than 4 classes a month, the drop-in rate will apply (“PST” it actually turns out to be $9 cheaper).
When purchasing a Class Pack, check the calendar and be sure to purchase the appropriate amount of classes for that month. Please make sure to only purchase the amount of classes you will be able to use within that month. Class Packs expire at the end of the month and cannot be carried over to the following month. However, we do offer make up classes! When absent, you may attend any other scheduled class through out the month in order to make-up the missed class provided room is available.
Late Payments: Class card fees received after the 15
th of the month are subject to a $10 late fee unless prior arrangements have been set in place. Any invoice open after the 15
th of the month will receive an invoice via e-mail or USP.
Vacation: Studio Rue will close during the 1st part of July and the last week in December for summer and winter holiday.
Appointments, Cancellations and Refunds
In order to accommodate all of our clients, 24 hour advanced reservations for group classes are required and
may be made by phone or e-mail. If unable to keep a private appointment, please notify Studio Rue as soon as possible to avoid a 50% lesson fee. Last minute cancellations and no-show’s will be charged 100% class fee. If scheduled for a group class, clients are guaranteed the group price even if other members fail to attend.
In case of instructor illness or emergency, clients will be contacted at numbers provided and rescheduled for next available and most convenient appointment time. As much notice as possible will be given to each registered client under these circumstances.
Our pricing schematic is set up so that you only need to purchase the classes you will be attending. Since classes are transferable and make-up classes available, no refunds will be given. Exceptions may be made on an individual basis.
Severe Weather
In adverse weather, Studio Rue will follow the Webster Groves School District cancellation policy. If Webster Groves Schools are closed, Studio Rue will also be closed. Make-up classes will be offered. In the event a make-up class cannot be schedules, credit will be given.
